PLEASE NOTE:
Our practice is transitioning to a new billing system, CareCloud, effective March 28, 2026. This will result in the potential for patients to receive two statements depending on the date(s) services were provided. Balances for service dates March 27, 2026 or prior will be billed on a separate statement from balances for services dates March 28, 2026 and after.

The portal is through MedFusion. Please check your email account for an email from MedFusion with information about logging into the portal. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office.
